Job Summary

Leading teams in complex methodologies, the full-time remote Solution Consultant will master search syntax, manage linguistic modeling projects, and design technical solutions while mentoring team members and ensuring effective client communication.

Key responsibilities

• Master DART/Lighthouse Search syntax and lead project teams in keyword consultation and classification
• Scope projects, design technical solutions, and incorporate evolving technologies into workflows
• Mentor less experienced team members and contribute to service management activities for increased efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in research, data mining, or linguistic analysis
• Strong analytical and pattern recognition skills
• Aptitude for quickly learning new technologies and processes
• Competency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently or collaboratively
