Solution Consultant
Job Summary
Serving as a client-facing advisor, the full-time Solution Consultant will deliver operational, analytical, business, technology, and project management consulting services to real estate clients, focusing on onboarding and implementing property management software solutions remotely from Texas or Florida.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full life-cycle implementations and provide strategic guidance for BPO client services and SaaS deployments
- Document operational processes and conduct consolidated financial reporting, including bank reconciliations and lease management
- Track and report on fixed assets and oversee AP processing utilizing third-party processors
Required qualifications
- Previous experience with SKYLINE, Yardi, or MRI Property Management Software
- Experience as a Property Accountant in commercial and residential properties
- A minimum of three years of property accounting experience
- Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles
