Solution Consultant
Job Summary
Focused on managing client projects within the Review Intelligence group, the full-time Solution Consultant will leverage predictive AI and GenAI solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements while coordinating with technical teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Scope and implement projects utilizing predictive AI and analytics, maintaining alignment with client needs throughout the engagement
- Conduct meticulous data tracking and metrics reporting to ensure transparency and accountability in algorithmic discovery reviews
- Develop training curriculum and playbooks for core workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational initiatives
Required qualifications
- Advanced degree preferred in law, technology, or statistics
- Minimum 5 years of experience in litigation or eDiscovery industry
- At least 3 years of advanced analytics experience in eDiscovery
- Strong knowledge of eDiscovery technology, including platforms like Relativity Analytics and Reveal (Brainspace)
- Proven experience in consulting with clients and managing complex projects with multidisciplinary teams
