Job Summary
To support a growing practice in financial services, the full-time remote Solution Consultant will lead technical and business discovery with enterprise clients, design tailored solutions, and serve as a subject-matter expert on AI and integration architecture.
Key responsibilities
- Lead technical and business discovery with clients, translating their workflows into Zocks solution designs
- Design and deliver tailored demonstrations and proofs of concept for prospects
- Identify recurring customer needs and collaborate with the solutions organization to create new offerings
Required qualifications
- Substantial experience in technical consulting, sales/solution engineering, or solution architecture for enterprise clients
- Intermediate to expert knowledge of AI systems and architecture
- Strong grounding in integration design and experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce
- Experience in both presales and post-sale delivery or consulting is preferred
- Familiarity with financial services or regulated industries is preferred
