Solution Consultant II

Job Summary

Owning a defined workstream from discovery to hypercare, the full-time remote Solution Consultant II will lead client engagements, manage solution design and deployment, and utilize GenAI to enhance delivery for consumer-focused organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end workstream responsibilities, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment readiness
• Serve as the primary client contact, leading discovery sessions and communicating technical options in business terms
• Ensure solution quality and production readiness by reviewing outputs and making architecture decisions within engagement standards

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years in delivery-facing consulting, engineering, or product roles, with 3+ years in a client-facing environment
• Proven experience independently owning a technical workstream from requirements through deployment
• Strong hands-on capability in at least one technical domain and breadth across multiple areas such as integration, cloud, or quality engineering
• Demonstrated capability in utilizing GenAI in work processes and solution delivery
• Ability to quickly learn new platforms and effectively translate business requirements into technical solutions
