Job Summary
A company is looking for a Solution Engineer for the API Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first technical point of contact for teams integrating the API
- Diagnose and resolve tier 1-2 engineering challenges and improve technical documentation
- Collaborate with engineers to implement customer-driven features and monitor developer success metrics
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of development experience with solid engineering fundamentals
- Strong understanding of Web3 concepts and hands-on experience with Web3 projects
- Proficiency in Golang and understanding of API architecture and error handling
- Experience debugging complex issues in production systems
- Experience supporting external development teams or developer platforms
