Solution Engineer
Job Summary
To support large enterprise customers, the full-time remote Solution Engineer will engage in strategic and tactical activities to enhance value from enterprise portfolio planning and agile management solutions, focusing on relationship building and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Perform value alignment and build relationships across IT and business silos to understand customer challenges and project impacts
- Identify and lead adoption activities while maintaining account engagement and opportunity information
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to present solution roadmaps and ensure consistency across solutions for assigned customers
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of related experience or Master's degree with 10+ years of related experience
- Strong background in Project & Portfolio Management, FinOps, and Agile management solutions
- Understanding of Agile frameworks, such as SAFe
- Ability to translate customer business requirements into software solutions
- Excellent presentation skills and interpersonal abilities
