Solution Engineer
Job Summary
Collaborating closely with enterprise customers, the full-time remote Solution Engineer will focus on value alignment, relationship building, and managing strategic engagements to enhance the adoption of enterprise portfolio planning and agile management solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform value alignment and maintain relationships across IT and business silos to understand customer challenges
- Identify and lead adoption activities, managing account opportunities and engagement information
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to present solution roadmaps and ensure consistency across customer solutions
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of related experience or master's degree with 10+ years of experience in a technology or business-related discipline
- Strong background in Project & Portfolio Management, FinOps, and Agile management solutions
- Understanding of Agile frameworks, such as SAFe
- Ability to translate customer business requirements into effective software solutions
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, including software demonstration capabilities
