Solution Engineer
Job Summary
Collaborating closely with enterprise customers, the full-time remote Solution Engineer will focus on strategic engagements to ensure value from portfolio planning and agile management solutions while managing client relationships and facilitating adoption activities.
Key responsibilities
- Perform value alignment and build relationships across customer IT and business silos
- Identify and lead adoption activities with key customers while maintaining account engagement information
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure synergy across solutions and present adoption roadmaps to customers
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of related experience or a master's degree with 10+ years of experience in a technology or business-related discipline
- Strong background in Project & Portfolio Management, FinOps, and Agile management solutions
- Understanding of Agile frameworks, such as SAFe
- Ability to articulate software solutions to address customer business problems
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
