Solution Manager

Job Summary

To support complex business and technology initiatives, the full-time remote Solution Manager will facilitate initiative readiness, cross-team coordination, and delivery management while ensuring alignment and transparency across multiple functions.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate initiative readiness activities and coordinate discovery and solutioning for implementation planning
• Lead quarterly planning preparations and support capacity-aware planning by identifying dependencies and risks
• Maintain visibility into cross-team dependencies and facilitate proactive resolution of delivery issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• 7+ years of experience leading complex business, technology, product, program, or transformation initiatives
• Experience coordinating work across business and technology organizations
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional initiatives with multiple teams and stakeholders
• Experience with Agile delivery practices and iterative planning approaches
