Job Summary
To drive product strategy and support development for retail automation projects, the full-time remote Solution Owner will define market requirements, engage with external stakeholders, and lead cross-functional teams in North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for customers, including C-level executives, to gather needs and requirements
- Develop regional solution roadmaps and propose innovation initiatives to enhance product offerings
- Define and implement go-to-market strategies for the complete solution portfolio within the region
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in engineering or marketing; MBA is a plus
- Proven background in product or business development
- Experience in retail or petroleum retail markets
- Demonstrated ability to deliver roadmap items on time and within budget
- Knowledge and experience working in an Agile environment
