Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR technology portfolio management, with a leadership role
• Proven experience in project management, including planning, execution, and risk management
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills
• Preferred: Master's degree and relevant certifications (e.g., Project Management Professional, HR Technology certifications)
