Solutions Architect
Job Summary
To support innovative enterprise solutions, the full-time remote Solutions Architect will lead technical discovery for enterprise deals, run tailored demos, and build migration guides while collaborating closely with sales and product teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery on enterprise deals, mapping customer requirements to deployment architecture
- Build and maintain reference architectures for migration scenarios and develop comprehensive migration guides
- Create and maintain technical content, training sales teams, and collaborating with marketing on external materials
Required qualifications
- 4+ years in solutions engineering, pre-sales architecture, or technical consulting
- Hands-on experience with macOS device management (e.g., Jamf Pro) and Windows management (e.g., Intune)
- Familiarity with modern identity platforms (e.g., Entra ID, Azure AD)
- Experience with VDI or DaaS platforms (e.g., Citrix, VMware Horizon)
- Proven ability to produce customer-facing technical content, such as guides and architecture documents
