Solutions Architect
Job Summary
To support leading brands, the remote Solutions Architect will manage client onboarding and migration processes, design and implement custom technical solutions, and resolve integration issues while ensuring long-term client success.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the technical setup and onboarding process for new clients, facilitating smooth migration to the AI/ML-based platform
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design and implement custom solutions and integrations that meet client objectives
- Identify and troubleshoot complex integration issues, evaluating impacts across stakeholders and ensuring effective resolution
Required qualifications
- 3+ years in a technical implementation, solution architect, or technical account management role, preferably in marketing technology
- Extensive experience with multiple enterprise email or mobile service providers
- Technical proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, with familiarity in Python or API/webhook integrations
- 2+ years of experience with cloud-based data warehousing solutions and ETL processes
- Strong understanding of AI/ML applications in email and digital marketing
