Solutions Architect
Job Summary
Partnering with account executives, the full-time remote Solutions Architect will drive technical discovery, demos, and pilots for engineering leaders in aerospace, defense, automotive, and hardware companies, ensuring the product aligns with customer workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct technical discovery calls, demos, and pilots, guiding customers from initial conversations to signed deals
- Analyze customer engineering workflows and demonstrate how the product integrates into their processes
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and enhance product development
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in sales engineering, solutions engineering, or a technical customer-facing role
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and software within engineering environments
- Ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders, from engineers to executives
- Experience in fast-paced environments with evolving sales motions and products
- Familiarity with requirements, systems engineering, or PLM/ALM tooling is a plus
