Solutions Architect

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Solutions Architect will engage with both new prospects and existing customers to articulate the value of services, design integration specifications, and ensure compliance within customer payment stacks.

Key responsibilities

• Map and analyze customer payment flows to identify integration points for surcharge calculation and reporting
• Produce architecture diagrams and documentation while guiding customer technical teams in their creation
• Lead technical discussions with customer engineering teams to review architecture and integration designs

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical, customer-facing payments role, with at least 3 years owning enterprise payment integrations
• Fluency in the payment transaction lifecycle, including authorization, capture, and reconciliation
• Direct experience with payment gateways, acquirers, or payment orchestration platforms
• Ability to read API documentation and analyze transaction logs independently
• Proven experience in producing professional architecture and sequence diagrams
