Solutions Architect
Job Summary
To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time remote Solutions Architect Principal will leverage domain expertise to develop comprehensive solutions, lead proposal efforts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with customer requirements and enterprise technology standards.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development of competitive proposals by understanding customer requirements and coordinating technical staff assignments
- Design and implement secure, scalable Azure cloud architectures while ensuring compliance with organizational objectives and best practices
- Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to team members, fostering innovation and the development of new concepts and techniques
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- 10+ years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or system validation
- Proven track record of designing and managing Azure infrastructure and services
- Experience with large-scale, high-availability cloud architecture and core Azure services
- U.S. Citizenship required, with the ability to qualify for a Public Trust security clearance
