Solutions Architect
Job Summary
Consulting with sales and external clients on eDiscovery solutions, the full-time remote Solutions Architect will develop technical sales strategies, present solution offerings, and contribute to revenue targets through client engagement and proposal preparation.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide sales support and present solution offerings to prospective clients
- Solicit client business requirements and demonstrate solutions that deliver business value
- Coordinate project communication to ensure successful project start-up and fulfillment of client requirements
Required qualifications:
- College degree or equivalent required
- In-depth knowledge of eDiscovery platforms and applications, including Relativity and Nuix
- Minimum of 10 years of industry-specific experience
