Solutions Architect
Job Summary
As the technical lead in delivering solutions, the full-time Solutions Architect will manage application and integration design, oversee customer requirements, and ensure system readiness for go-live while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver technology solutions by translating business needs into requirements and project estimates
- Facilitate the design and configuration of multiple applications in collaboration with application teams
- Manage project scope and requirements, evaluating the impact of changes and escalating risks to delivery
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in IT management, supply chain management, computer science, engineering, accounting, business, or related field
- 3 years or more in IT solution delivery or implementation experience
- 2 years or more in Transportation Management and/or Distribution Management Technology
- ZPL proficiency and strong documentation skills related to business requirements
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing requirements
