Job Summary
Providing technical architecture and solution design, the full-time Solutions Architect V will configure, integrate, and optimize the Rivermine platform while assessing business requirements and supporting stakeholders remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Translate business and technical requirements into scalable Rivermine solutions
- Design and implement platform configurations, workflows, and system enhancements
- Troubleshoot complex platform and integration issues while identifying opportunities for optimization
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of experience with Tangoe Rivermine Telecom Expense Management System
- Bachelor's and Master's degree in a related field
- Expertise in solution architecture and technical feasibility assessments
- Experience in designing integrations and data flows between enterprise systems
- Strong background in troubleshooting and performance analysis
