Job Summary
As a full-time remote Solutions Architect, the candidate will serve as a trusted technical advisor, designing and delivering innovative, scalable solutions that align with customer business goals while collaborating with sales teams to enhance project outcomes.
Key responsibilities:

Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- 5-10 years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sales engineering, or technical consulting within the IT managed services industry
- Deep technical expertise in core service areas, including Cloud Solutions, Unified Communications, and Managed Security Services
- Proven ability to architect and design complex, scalable IT solutions that align with customer business goals
- Relevant technical certifications preferred (e.g., Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect, Cisco CCNP/CCIE)
