Job Summary
To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time Solutions Architect will leverage domain expertise to develop comprehensive solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and design secure Azure cloud architectures in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development of solutions that meet customer requirements and optimize proposals
- Coordinate with technical personnel and provide subject matter expertise to ensure alignment with enterprise standards
- Develop innovative solutions to complex problems while ensuring compliance with security and governance frameworks
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- 10+ years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or system validation
- Proven track record of designing, deploying, and managing Azure infrastructure and services
- Extensive experience with Azure security services and best practices
- Experience with large-scale, high-availability cloud architecture and Azure networking capabilities
