Job Summary
To support customer success in a remote environment, the full-time Solutions Architect will provide technical leadership throughout the customer journey, transforming complex requirements into actionable solutions while collaborating with various internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a core member of the account team, partnering with Sales, Services, and Engineering to ensure customer outcomes across the full lifecycle
- Lead discovery conversations to uncover customer objectives and translate them into clear technical requirements and solution designs
- Develop tailored demonstrations and technical solutions that address customer priorities, including compliance and risk management
Required qualifications
- Several years of experience in financial services, compliance, investigations, or related fields
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with programming languages, SQL, data analysis, and workflow automation
- Curiosity and initiative to develop technical depth over time
- Demonstrated focus on achieving measurable customer outcomes
