Job Summary
To support complex payment infrastructure needs, the full-time remote Sr. Solutions Architect will collaborate with clients to design secure integrations, map payment flows, and influence product strategy while managing technical discovery and delivery throughout the deal lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct technical discovery with customers and internal teams to clarify business goals and requirements
- Lead technical strategy for qualified opportunities, including creating architecture diagrams and proposals
- Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for product development and go-to-market strategies
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in solutions architecture, sales engineering, or related technical customer-facing roles
- Experience with large-scale card or credential migrations and multi-PSP payment orchestration
- Strong knowledge of PCI DSS, data security, and compliance architecture
- Proficiency in web services, APIs, and full-stack development, with coding experience in Python, JavaScript, Java, or Ruby
- Background in payment infrastructure companies, including merchants, PSPs, or card networks
