Solutions Architect (Applications)
Job Summary
Leading transformation initiatives, the full-time Solutions Architect (Applications) will provide technology leadership in application modernization and digital engineering while working remotely and advising client senior leaders in the insurance domain.
Key responsibilities
- Drive transformation initiatives and align solutions with strategic goals
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on application modernization and cloud transformation strategies
- Lead solutioning for strategic pursuits, including design, development, and deployment of customer-focused solutions
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in application engineering and delivery leadership
- 5+ years in leadership roles within the insurance domain, specifically P&C/Reinsurance
- Demonstrated experience in large development programs and multi-vendor environments
- Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent
- Strong expertise in Digital Engineering, Cloud-native application Engineering, and Application Modernization
