Job Summary
To support enterprise clients, the full-time Solutions Architect, Enterprise IT will lead technical discussions, design tailored solutions for complex environments, and ensure compliance with security requirements while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery with enterprise IT, security, and infrastructure teams to understand their environments and requirements
- Design tailored solutions that meet customers' technical requirements, including network access and security
- Create customer-facing solution documents and architecture diagrams that translate complex technical requirements into actionable decisions
Required qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience in solutions architecture, sales engineering, or enterprise IT/network engineering roles
- Deep expertise in corporate IT networking and systems, including TCP/IP, routing, and firewalls
- Experience leading technical discussions with senior technical stakeholders across enterprise IT and security teams
- Proven ability to gather requirements from enterprise customers and translate them into clear technical specifications
- Strong track record of creating customer-facing technical documentation and architecture diagrams
