Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Solutions Architect, EPM will engage with customers to transform their business challenges into sophisticated multi-dimensional models while designing and building Pigment applications.
Key responsibilities
- Transform customer solutions and business problems into multi-dimensional models by understanding and documenting business requirements
- Design and build Pigment applications while training customers to ensure self-sufficiency in the solution
- Lead cross-functional projects and serve as a liaison between customer stakeholders and the product team to enhance planning methodologies and processes
Required qualifications
- Exceptional skills in building complex systems and simplifying them for stakeholders
- Experience managing unstructured data and transforming it into structured formats
- Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on empathy and dedication
- Strategic thinker comfortable in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
- MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred
