Solutions Architect for LLM Observability
Job Summary
Focused on enhancing AI observability, the full-time remote Solutions Architect for LLM Observability will engage with AI engineering teams, lead technical evaluations, and contribute to community presence while representing the ClickHouse + Langfuse platform.
Key responsibilities
- Lead technical evaluations with AI engineering teams for ClickHouse as their observability data store, from architecture review to deployment
- Source and qualify pipeline opportunities through community engagement and partnerships with ClickHouse Account Executives
- Serve as a technical voice in the Langfuse community, creating content and building relationships with AI engineers and developers
Required qualifications
- Hands-on experience in LLM observability or AI monitoring, either as a vendor or practitioner
- Technical depth in the modern AI stack, including prompt engineering and evaluation frameworks
- Customer-facing experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical account management
- Strong foundation in data infrastructure, with familiarity in analytical databases and distributed systems
- Understanding of open source communities and authentic contribution practices
