Solutions Architect Principal
Job Summary
Leading the development of comprehensive solutions for Veterans Affairs, the full-time remote Solutions Architect Principal will leverage domain expertise to understand customer requirements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and design secure, scalable Azure cloud architectures that align with business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and optimize solutions that meet customer requirements while ensuring price competitiveness
- Coordinate technical personnel assignments and provide subject matter expertise for proposal efforts
- Design, implement, and govern Azure cloud architectures in alignment with enterprise standards and security requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or related technical discipline
- 10+ years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or system validation
- Proven track record of designing and managing Azure infrastructure and services
- Extensive experience with core Azure services and implementing Azure security best practices
- Strong understanding of Azure networking capabilities and cloud financial management practices
