Job Summary
Leading a global team of Solutions Architects, the full-time Global Head of Solutions Architecture will develop innovative workforce transformation solutions, establish technical standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing global team of Solutions Architects to design comprehensive learning solutions
- Establish standards and best practices for technical solution design and provide architectural oversight for client engagements
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to guide technical discovery and solution design for enterprise clients
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or related technical leadership roles
- 5+ years of experience in people management, specifically leading technical teams
- Strong technical fluency in modern enterprise technology stacks, including cloud platforms and development tools
- Demonstrated understanding of generative AI and enterprise AI platforms
- Experience communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
