Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Solutions Consultant will guide clients through the implementation of the AdBook platform, translating business requirements into technical solutions while collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide clients through onboarding and implementation of the AdBook+ platform, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones
- Become an expert in the AdBook+ platform to design, configure, and provide recommendations for optimal use
- Serve as a subject matter expert, troubleshooting issues and providing training to client teams on platform functionality
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Experience working with complex software platforms and managing client implementations
- Ability to translate business processes into technical solutions
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills for engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders
