Solutions Consultant

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract-to-hire basis, the Solutions Consultant will engage with clients to understand their technology goals, develop functional requirements, and implement system configurations to enhance non-profit member-based associations' experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire a fundamental understanding of products and customer support policies to effectively assist clients
• Engage with clients to gather goals and design requirements, providing clear guidance on achieving project objectives
• Develop functional requirements documentation and provide training to customers while ensuring ongoing support

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of relevant work experience
• Solid technical skills, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar platforms
• Understanding of CRM applications and basic database structures such as SQL
• Experience with non-profit organization functions, such as membership management and fundraising, is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Productivity Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
