Solutions Consultant
Job Summary
To support the growth team, the full-time Solutions Consultant will engage with prospects and customers to identify workflows, design solutions, and build MVP versions using AI-assisted development tools, all while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospects and customers to identify and document clinical and operational workflows
- Translate insights into end-to-end solution proposals and build MVP versions using agent-assisted development tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on proposals and track quality signals throughout the sales process
Required Qualifications
- Recent graduate or early-career candidate in Computer Science, Health Informatics, Engineering, UX, Applied Data, or related discipline
- Hands-on experience with AI and agent-assisted development tools, particularly Claude Code
- Strong interest in healthcare technology and EMR systems
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt in ambiguous environments
- Experience building with AI coding assistants and familiarity with modern SDKs and APIs
