Solutions Consultant
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Solutions Consultant will manage technical relationships with carrier accounts, focusing on discovery, solution design, and account monitoring while collaborating closely with Client Engagement Managers.
Key responsibilities
- Run discovery and solution design for deployments and integration strategy
- Write defect tickets and review API payloads to ensure data accuracy and compliance with carrier requirements
- Monitor account health and manage internal incidents across carrier accounts
Required qualifications
- 5 to 10 years of experience in a technical, analytical, or client-facing role, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Proficiency with SQL, JSON, and APIs
- Experience with AI or machine learning-powered products is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and clear written communication skills
- A proactive mindset with a desire to grow and take on more responsibilities
