Solutions Consultant

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Principal Solutions Consultant will manage technical relationships with carrier accounts, focusing on discovery, solution design, and account health monitoring while collaborating closely with Client Engagement Managers.

Key responsibilities

• Run discovery and solution design for deployments and integration strategy
• Write defect tickets and review API payloads to ensure accuracy and compliance with carrier requirements
• Monitor account health and manage internal incident processes across carrier accounts

Required qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of experience in a technical, analytical, or client-facing role, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Proficiency with SQL, JSON, and APIs, including the ability to read payloads and write queries
• Experience with AI or machine learning products is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and clear written communication skills
• A proactive mindset with a desire to grow and take on more responsibilities
