Solutions Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing SaaS organization, the full-time remote Solutions Consultant will guide customers through the evaluation and implementation of Caseware products, leveraging emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and quality while collaborating with cross-functional teams across North America.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Account Managers to assist prospects and customers in evaluating and planning the implementation of Caseware products
• Lead evaluation activities, including presentations and trials, while coordinating with technical experts as needed
• Act as a liaison between customers and Product teams, translating customer feedback into actionable insights for product development

Required qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Audit, Assurance, Review, or Compilation engagements, or in a customer-facing role within a SaaS company serving the Accounting Profession
• Strong understanding of AI-powered accounting solutions and their application in modern workflows
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to interpret stakeholder needs
• Proven organizational skills with experience managing multiple deliverables and tasks
• Resourceful self-starter with a strong interest in technology within the audit and accountancy sector
