Solutions Consultant

Job Summary

Partnering closely with the sales team, the fully remote Solutions Consultant will engage with prospects to understand their supplier onboarding and payment validation challenges, translating these insights into tailored solutions and compelling product demonstrations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives to uncover customer challenges across supplier onboarding and Source-to-Pay processes
• Translate customer requirements into practical solutions and demonstrate how Relish integrates with existing procurement and finance technologies
• Deliver customized product demonstrations that reflect each prospect's unique processes and priorities

Required qualifications

• Experience in Source-to-Pay, procurement, or supplier management environments
• Strong understanding of the supplier lifecycle, particularly supplier onboarding processes
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as Workday, Coupa, SAP Ariba, or SAP S/4HANA
• Confidence in engaging with customers and explaining complex concepts clearly
• Experience in enterprise software or technology environments
