Job Summary
Combining strategic insight with storytelling, the remote Solutions Consultant will guide clients through challenges, showcasing how Syndigo's platform can transform their business by leading discovery sessions, delivering tailored demonstrations, and facilitating ROI discussions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead discovery and strategy sessions to uncover client pain points and frame solutions in terms of measurable business outcomes
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations that translate functionality into compelling business stories
- Drive ROI conversations and develop business cases through collaborative workshops with prospects and executive stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in pre-sales, business consulting, or solution consulting, preferably within SaaS or data-driven platforms
- Expertise in PIM, MDM, DAM, Syndication, or Product Experience Management
- Demonstrated ability to lead ROI discussions and deliver value-based metrics for stakeholder decision-making
- Experience in co-creating business cases that resonate with both operational and executive audiences
- Strong communication skills, capable of linking platform capabilities to tangible business outcomes
