Solutions Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare technology practice, the full-time Solutions Consultant will engage with pharmaceutical manufacturer partners to facilitate technical discovery, design solutions that align with the Gifthealth platform, and maintain the technical relationship throughout the partner lifecycle, all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in technical discovery and scoping conversations with partners, collaborating with Implementation and Client Success teams
• Own the technical relationship with partners, addressing architecture questions and integration approaches
• Transform open-ended partner requests into structured solution designs and deliver demos and prototypes to illustrate proposed solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 4 years in a technical, client-facing role such as solutions consulting, solutions architecture, or technical support for software or services
• Working knowledge of APIs, integrations, data flows, and system architecture
• Experience with pre-sales activities, including technical discovery and client engagement
• Demonstrated ability to build lightweight prototypes or mockups that validate solution directions with partners
