Solutions Consultant

Job Summary

Engaging with clients to enhance their technology investments, the full-time Solutions Consultant will assist non-profit member-based associations in achieving their technology goals by gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications, all while working in a hybrid environment based in Austin, TX or remotely across the US.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire a fundamental understanding of products and customer support policies to effectively assist clients
• Engage with clients to understand their goals and design requirements, providing clear visions for project success
• Develop functional requirements documentation and implement system configurations based on client-approved requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of work experience in a related field
• Solid technical skills, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar platforms
• Understanding of CRM applications and basic database structures such as SQL
• Experience with non-profit organization functions like membership management and fundraising is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Productivity Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
