Solutions Director

Job Summary

Acting as a senior implementation leader, the full-time hybrid Solutions Director will oversee complex enterprise deployments, refine implementation strategies, and mentor a team of Implementation Managers and Solutions Architects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex projects as the Executive Sponsor, partnering with C-suite executives to ensure successful deployments
• Define and standardize implementation strategies and playbooks for scalable processes across the team
• Drive leadership development by mentoring and coaching team members, fostering a high-performance culture

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software implementation or management consulting, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven success in overseeing complex, multi-workstream deployments for large-scale enterprises
• Experience in scaling professional services or implementation teams through robust methodologies and KPIs
• Strong focus on mentorship and leadership development, with a track record of coaching individual contributors
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders effectively
