Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Partnering with Expansion Account Executives and Technical Success Managers, the full-time Senior Solutions Engineer will drive growth within existing customers by leading the technical expansion process through discovery, solution alignment, and value realization, while working remotely or from the New York office.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical strategy for upsell, cross-sell, and renewals while identifying expansion opportunities and building long-term credibility with stakeholders
• Conduct ongoing discovery of customer environments and translate insights into new use cases and expansion opportunities aligned with business outcomes
• Design scalable solutions across hybrid and multi-cloud environments, advising on integrations and architectural trade-offs to optimize deployments

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Solutions Engineering, pre-sales, or technical account roles, preferably in cybersecurity or SaaS
• Strong knowledge of networking, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and security architectures
• Familiarity with SOC tools (SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR) and complex environments
• Proven ability to expand accounts and influence stakeholders through consultative selling
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred, or equivalent experience, with relevant Cloud, Security, and/or AI certifications being a plus
