Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Driving growth within existing customers, the full-time Solutions Engineer on the Expansion Team will lead the technical expansion process by partnering with Account Executives and Technical Success Managers, focusing on discovery, solution alignment, and value realization in both remote and onsite environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical strategy for upsell, cross-sell, and renewals while identifying expansion opportunities and building credibility with stakeholders
• Conduct ongoing discovery of customer environments to translate insights into new use cases and align solutions to business outcomes
• Design scalable solutions across hybrid and multi-cloud environments, advising on integrations and performance trade-offs

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Solutions Engineering, pre-sales, or technical account roles within cybersecurity or SaaS
• Strong knowledge of networking, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and security architectures
• Familiarity with SOC tools (SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR) and complex environments
• Proven ability to expand accounts, design solutions, and influence stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred, or equivalent experience; relevant certifications in Cloud, Security, or AI are a plus
