Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
As a remote full-time Principal Specialist Solutions Engineer, the successful candidate will partner with Account Executives to architect innovative Agentforce Revenue Management solutions, focusing on the complete quote-to-cash lifecycle while leveraging AI-assisted development tools to enhance client value across Healthcare & Life Sciences and Financial Services sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to translate client business requirements into effective solutions using Salesforce Revenue Cloud
- Conduct discovery sessions to identify pain points and opportunities within regulated industries
- Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations that articulate the value of automating revenue operations
Required qualifications
- B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer or similar pre-sales technical role
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and customization
- Working knowledge of Salesforce Revenue Cloud, particularly in CPQ, billing, or contract lifecycle management
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and data integration patterns
