Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
Partnering with the sales team, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will engage with customers to address their technical needs, drive adoption of Zoo's products, and facilitate successful transitions post-sale.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with customers to ensure their specific use cases are successfully implemented using Zoo's APIs
- Build interactive customer demonstrations to educate potential clients and share best practices
- Collaborate with sales to close new enterprise customers and guide them through impactful proof-of-concept projects
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing engineering role supporting technical sales to large enterprise customers
- Ability to understand and translate customer workflows and requirements into effective technical solutions
- Knowledge of CAD software and general engineering acumen with a practical understanding of APIs
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Codex
