Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end technical integration process, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer will guide external partners through discovery, implementation, and ongoing support while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the merchant experience.
Key responsibilities
- Develop mastery of integration features and partner implementations to support new and existing integrations
- Own the integration process from discovery through build, QA, and release, ensuring smooth operation and rollout
- Act as the first line of defense for partner issues, leveraging tools to triage and prioritize submitted tickets
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
- 6+ years in a technical, client-facing role such as Solutions Engineer or Integration Engineer
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns, with experience in e-commerce platforms a plus
- Familiarity with at least one programming language and ability to write SQL queries
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to translate technical concepts into partner-friendly language
