Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
To support member retention and firm success, the full-time Solutions Engineer will manage complex client escalations, technical product implementations, and strategic accounts receivable recovery in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own complex technical troubleshooting from discovery through resolution, including root-cause analysis and documentation
- Administer and support the Accelerator technology environment, managing account builds, updates, and troubleshooting workflows
- Document technical knowledge and identify patterns in recurring issues to recommend improvements and reusable solutions
Required qualifications
- Hands-on experience administering and troubleshooting GoHighLevel and HubSpot across multiple accounts
- Understanding of APIs, webhooks, authentication, and data mapping
- Ability to explain technical concepts in plain language and guide clients through solutions
- Experience with law-firm or professional-services operations is a plus
- Familiarity with AI integration tools and responsible usage in technical support
