Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Solutions Engineer will lead technical pre-sales efforts for a developer infrastructure platform, conducting discovery, delivering tailored product demonstrations, and designing secure solutions for enterprise customers in the DevOps and security sectors.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct technical discovery with engineering, DevOps, platform, and security teams to understand their architecture and security requirements
- Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations, proofs of concept, and technical presentations to showcase the platform's capabilities
- Document solution architectures and relay customer feedback to product and engineering teams to influence product development
Required qualifications:
- At least three years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or a related customer-facing technical role
- Strong knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and modern software delivery practices
- Experience with technical product demonstrations and managing technical evaluations
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Willingness to engage hands-on with integrations, configuration, and troubleshooting
