Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
Partnering with customers to customize data solutions, the full-time Solutions Engineer will manage technical aspects of client implementation, onboarding, and issue resolution while working remotely or in a hybrid setting.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with customer account teams to support Retail, CPG, and partner accounts
- Perform data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting to address business needs and maximize the value of services
- Develop and enhance internal tools, workflows, and processes to improve client experience
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred
- 3-5+ years of experience in a technical, client-facing, data analytics, solutions engineering, or customer success role
- Advanced SQL skills, including query creation and optimization
- Experience with Tableau, Snowflake, or other Business Intelligence (BI) tools is a plus
- Proven success in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting
