Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
Building reusable demos and enablement tools, the full-time remote Enablement & Partner Solutions Engineer will create high-impact experiences for sellers and partners, leveraging AI to support their development and deployment processes.
Key responsibilities
- Create high-impact, brand-neutral demos that showcase Napster's capabilities and provide clear guidance for independent use
- Develop and maintain environments for sellers and partners to explore products, test ideas, and build prototypes
- Engineer agent-led enablement tools and programs that enhance onboarding, solution discovery, and demo creation
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience with strong hands-on software engineering skills, including building and debugging applications
- Practical experience in creating AI-enabled workflows and applications, particularly with real-time voice and video
- Familiarity with AI coding tools and the ability to inspect and improve AI-generated code
- Experience collaborating with others to solve technical problems and build solutions together
- A product mindset focused on usability, documentation, and user adoption
